1. General Terms
1.1 Your booking is not confirmed until River event styling receive your deposit or the full balance if your order is under £75. Cash payments are not accepted.
1.2 By placing an order with us it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions. These are available and accessible on our website, www.rivereventstyling.net, advertised and published on Instagram at River Event Styling and Facebook at River Event Styling.
1.3 River Event Styling cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event, these may include but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of the vehicle, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your order due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances, our liability will be limited to refunding of the monies paid.

2. Prices, Deposit & Balance Payments
2.1 All orders are subject to a deposit of 50% of the order value. 25% of the total order value is a non refundable Booking Fee.
2.2 All orders are subject to a balance paid in full and cleared 48 hours prior to the event start date. If any changes are requested by the customer before the start of the event, it is at the discretion of River Event Styling to accommodate these chances. Any changes proposed by River Event Styling will be accepted or refunded as monies paid for the items subject to change.
2.3 Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notification.
2.4 River Event Styling reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% above its banker’s current interest rate.
2.5 We offer Free Delivery in a 5 miles radius from DA1 5GE. Any additional mileage is subject to a Delivery Fee of £1.50 per mile if items are delivered by small car or £2 per mile if items are delivered by van.

3. Cancelations
3.1 Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges.
Less than 14 days prior to event 50% of order value
Less than 7 days prior to event 75% of order value
Less than 72 hours prior to event 100% of order value
These values include the 25% non-refundable Booking Fee. 

3.2 All refunds will be processed in 2 to 5 working days.

3.3 Alternatively, customers can keep their full order value as a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of release.

4. Goods & Properties
4.1 The company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment
4.2 All sizes quoted are approximate
4.3 All goods remain the property of the company at all times
4.4 The company reserves the right to amend or alter any product specification without prior notice.

5. Site Location, Facilities & Conduct
5.1 Hired equipment will be set up in the location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once setup. Please ensure there is sufficient space at your venue to setup the goods. Equipment cannot be moved by the hirer or third parties after it being set up (excluding electrical equipment being moved from outdoor to indoor).
5.2 Please ensure you have obtained permission at your venue to use any electrical equipment.
5.3 Please inform us of any circumstances that would make setting the goods up more demanding, including going up stairs, long distances from unloading area to venue etc. We allocate a set period of time for setting up our equipment at your venue which is included within your price.
5.4 The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to the start of event.
5.5 The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that the guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.

6. Liability & Insurance
6.1 The client agrees to cover the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.
6.2 The company accepts liability for any damage or loss of personal property and any injury arising from the use of the hire equipment.

7. All Other Terms & Conditions
7.1 River Event Styling may use any of the photographs from the event for suitable means: this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or the internet. Attending your event would mean that you have agreed and granted the company permission to do so by yourselves and your guests.
7.2 By booking with River Event Styling means you agree to all of our Terms & Conditions.

8. Re-Booking
8.1 We will do our best to rebook your event for dates available. We only will allow your to rebook your event once. An additional fee will be charged for multiple date changes.

9. Damages
9.1 Any damages to our products while in your care will be booker's responsibility to cover costs of damage to repair or replace products. Any damages to goods will be quoted for to repair/replace. This includes damages or loss of props and accessories.
